When Your Parcel Arrives

Before signing the courier's delivery note, please check the box for any damage. If there is any damage, anything missing, or the tape has been opened, do not sign any delivery document: ask the courier to record a report and return the box with them. If you do this, your replacement items will be sent to you immediately. Where a damaged box is accepted at delivery we cannot be held responsible for damage to or items missing from its contents. Please report such a case to us as soon as possible, in writing to ** or by phone on **, quoting your order number.
